01. Master Agreement
By engaging Shiv Packers & Movers, you enter into a premium service contract governed by the highest standards of Indian logistics law. These terms define the parameters of our commitment to your relocation excellence.
02. Service Standards
We commit to providing white-glove relocation services, including professional timber-crating and climate-monitored transit where applicable. All timelines provided are strategic estimates, fulfilled with maximum operational priority.
03. Absolute Protection
All consignments are backed by our Transit Integrity Policy. Clients must declare high-value assets (exceeding ₹50,000) prior to packing to ensure specialized crating and architectural protection.
04. Engagement Ethics
Payment protocols are defined in your individual Service Proposal. We maintain absolute transparency in pricing—no "toy" hidden fees or undisclosed logistics surcharges.
