3-layer Luggage-Prime packing is done on-site. You receive a digital shipment receipt with tracking number.
Delivered to Your Door
Bags delivered to your home address. For NCR same-day; for pan-India 1–7 days depending on destination city.

What does the Student Plan include?+
2 bags or boxes (up to 30 kg total), 3-layer packing at hostel gate, door-to-door delivery, and transit insurance — ₹1,499 NCR or ₹2,999 pan-India.

Do you pick up from inside the hostel?+
Yes. Our crew enters the hostel or picks up at the hostel gate — no heavy lifting required from the student.
What is the maximum bag weight?+
15 kg per bag (30 kg total) for the standard plan. Heavy Plan allows 25 kg per bag (50 kg total).
How long does delivery take?+
NCR: same-day. North India: 1–2 days. South India: 3–4 days. Northeast: 5–7 days.
Can I book during vacation rush (April–May)?+
Yes. Advance booking 2–3 days ahead is recommended. We handle 500+ student pickups per day during peak exam vacation periods.
